Do you have a passion for sales and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, rewarding environment? We are looking for motivated Sales Consultants to join our on-site team in Cebu City and help authors from the UK and ANZ (Australia & New Zealand) publish and promote their books.
 
No publishing background? No problem. If you have solid sales experience and a customer-focused mindset, we want to hear from you.
 
What You'll Do
Contact and engage aspiring authors to introduce our publishing and marketing services.
Recommend tailored publishing solutions that align with the author's goals.
Manage a healthy pipeline of leads, follow-ups, and closed sales.
Hit monthly sales targets and log interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to ensure an excellent author experience.
What We're Looking For
At least 2 year of sales experience (B2C or B2B preferably in publishing, media, real estate, insurance, telco, etc.)
High-level confidence in selling over the phone to international clients
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Comfortable working with customers in the UK and ANZ markets
Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and a team-player mindset
Willing to work on-site in Cebu City on ANZ and UK shift schedules (day to mid-shift)
Proven experience in closing outbound high-ticket or B2C sales
Comfortable working with quotas and meeting tight deadlines
Skilled in handling objections and resolving challenges under pressure
The ability to start immediately; Candidates who can start immediately will be prioritized
