SELL MERCHANDISE: Convince customers to purchase items by creating good shopping experiences (service, product, ambience)
· SELL TO CUSTOMERS
Smile, greet customers & encourage them to buy items by presenting features & benefits & offering latest promotions
· DISPLAY ITEMS
Display complete assortment of items in the selling area based on official guidelines & put away items handled by customers
· CHECK ITEMS FOR DEFECTS
Inspect items for damage, wrong/lost price tags or stock-outs during off-peak hours; alert stock clerk for pull-out or replenishment
· ASSIST CUSTOMERS
Answer customer questions or complaints & assist before or after a sale; give shopping carts or escort to counters
· CLEAN THE SELLING AREA
Clean the assigned selling pads during off-peak hours including the items on display & fixtures
Qualifications:
· Graduate of an associate course (post high school non- college/ university degree program) or have reached college level, senior high school graduate
· Willing to be assigned in SM Store Makati
