Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains efficient and effective customer service at all times
Performs the following functions to attain department sales quota
Adheres to the guidelines and policies relative to the store's campaign on customer service
Safegurads merchandise in his/her area from shoplifting, breakages and damages
Assists in the periodic inventory taking of the department and branch as well
Maintains orderliness of work area to ensure systematic flow of work
Sees to it that all merchandise and other equiptment kept in the selling area and those in his/her custody are well secured
