Is currently looking for:
SALES ASSOCIATE
As a Sales Associate you are responsible for the following duties:
Represent the company's products and high standard services
Generate leads and build relationships by calling on existing and potential customers
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and be able to discuss available options to customer and agents
Answer customer's inquiries
Present, promote and sell products - creating seasonal promotions to capture customer audience
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Process customer reservation and create individual customer files
Establish relationship with clients and sales agents
Process agent's incentives and commission
Conduct Product Knowledge Seminar (PKS) in the absence of the Supervisor
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
At least 1 year work experience preferably in real estate.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - English and Filipino
Fast learner, ability to absorb information quickly and adopt new working systems
Honest, Trustworthy, and can do multitask
Tech savvy
Team player
Computer skills: MS Office (word, excel and power point)
Willing to be assigned in POOC TALISAY CITY, CEBU
