JOB DESCRIPTION
General Responsibilities
Assist in complying with customer requirements eg supplier accreditation
Assist in preparing and submitting customer documents eg Invoices, ORs
Assist in maintaining updated information on CRM database
Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
Assist in preparing proposals and customer collaterals
Ability to meet deadlines on tasks assigned.
Assist in securing appointment schedules with customers
Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects, and presentations.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, colleagues, and clients.
All other relevant responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
JOB QUALIFICATION
Must-have
Preferably have  experience on  Tech Company experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Proficiency in English
Basic Math skills
Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Track record of over-achieving sales quota
Hands-on experience with POS transactions
Familiarity with inventory procedures
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
Availability to work flexible shifts
College degree; BS degree in Marketing or Information Technology or equivalent
