Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Sales Associate is responsible in generating revenue through volume sales, attaining sales targets
and continuously develop a strong client database.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Actively seek out for customers
Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product
features and warranty agreements
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Ensure that all purchased items are delivered to the customer in a prompt manner
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
Build productive trust relationship with customers
Other task that may be given from time to time. Sales Associate may also be tasked to go to business travel sometimes.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology,Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
Ability to keep commitment to clients.
With track record of achieving sales quota is an advantage.
Must have excellent negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Must be highly motivated and self-starter.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Experience in IT sales is an advantage but not required
