SALES ASSOCIATE
SALARY RANGE: Php 12,000.00 - 14,000.00
FUNCTION OF JOB:
To provide support in the production, evaluation, maintenance, review and cataloging of all documentation, publications created by any other financing entity such as banks, HDMF, and National Home Mortgage Fund.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Degree in Business Administration or any related courses.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel & Power Point)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary function of the Customer Experience Associate is to serve as front liner as well as support staff in the marketing, sales, and after-sales activities of the Customer Experience Group, under the Project Development Department, in the achievement of sales objectives.
Assist the prospects and salesforce inquiries at the showroom and/or site within the agreed service levels.
Assist in the negotiation and sales-closing of walk-in prospects and broker-assisted sales.
Assist the Team in all marketing events, sales activities, and salesforce training.
Facilitate all after-sales processes and requirements as frontliner for specific Customers.
