We are looking for sales associates who is willing to work in Cainta, Rizal
A Sales Associate is a good team player, as the role requires collaboration for optimal customer satisfaction and to ensure the smooth running of in-store retail operations. Sales Associate are also flexible and willing to perform a wide range of tasks as determined by Retail Supervisors. They need self-confidence and the ability to advise customers and recommend products. They are also patient and have a passion for helping shoppers find what they need. Sales Associates can follow procedures correctly and are friendly and polite. They are also comfortable interacting with a wide range of people and personalities.
To ensure success, sales associate, need to have grounded problem-solving skills and an ability to think on their feet. Ultimately, an outstanding shop associate should demonstrate effective communication skills and achieve exceptional customer service at all times.
Job Description:
· Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
· Maintaining a fully stocked store
· Recommending and displaying items that match customer needs
· Accurately describe product features and benefits
· Follow all company's policies and procedures for receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly.
· Restocking depleted or low shop items and ensuring that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines.
· Assisting customers in locating desired shop items.
· Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.
· Addressing and professionally resolving customers' complaints.
· Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed.
· Examining items and goods for any damage or breaking.
· Handling objects and goods in a store with care and caution
· Reporting for duty at the times specified and ensuring that a high standard of personal
· Presentation and appearance are maintained at all times.
· Performing other related tasks advised by the immediate leader / superior, as well as other related duties to ensure the efficient and effective function operations of the company.
TASKS:
- Smile and greet customers - Cash Wrap , Stock Management and Replenishment, Fitting Room assistance, Alteration, Tidying, Sales Floor layout change, Putting security tags, hanging of items
Job Requirements:
Either of the following:
4-years college graduate
2-years college graduate
College undergraduate
Senior high school graduate
High school graduate
Preferably with at least six (6) months of work/internship experience in retail, hotel, food, or any service-related industry
Strong customer service skills
Enthusiasm and energy.
Strong communication skills with a keen, positive, and friendly nature.
Ability to work under pressure, and to bring a good measure of energy to the job.
Experience in Customer Services or in interfacing with customers is an advantage.
Physically fit and able to unpack and process deliveries and maneuver stock between storage areas and the shop floor on a daily basis
Team player and can handle work in a fast-paced environment
Enjoys interacting with different types of people
Passionate and hardworking
