JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sells and gains the loyalty of our customers by always offering the best possible service, in accordance with Company customer service and image standards.
- Offer the customer cross-selling, upselling and complementary options (accessories, outfits, complete look, etc.).
- Aware of the indicators to be reached and of the effort required to achieve them (sales/hour, average shopping basket, conversion rate, etc.).
- Terranova Services Policy - exchanges and returns, reservations, deposit payments, gift vouchers, etc.
- Product knowledge - collection, catalogues, store locations, sizes, fabrics, best sellers, range of accessories, out of stock items, repetitions, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 6 months Sales Associate, Sales Staff or Sales Clerk.
- Highschool graduate, College level or Vocational course
- Knowledge in fashion, trends, and competition.
- Must have the following requirements: SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, TIN and NBI.
