SALES ASSISTANT
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a SALES ASSISTANT. As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for communicating with customers in the water delivery industry, introducing our company's platform, and driving sales. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to succeed, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional customer service.
Identify and research potential customers in the water delivery industry.
Contact potential customers to introduce the company's water delivery platform and explain its benefits.
Effectively communicate the features, functionality, and advantages of the platform to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
Schedule meetings with interested potential customers to demonstrate the platform's capabilities.
Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and onboard new customers.
Document and update customer information, interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to water delivery services.
Provide timely feedback to the product development team regarding customer suggestions and platform improvements.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong phone presence and the ability to make persuasive sales pitches.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using office productivity tools.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Knowledge of the water delivery industry and the specific market is a plus.
Fluency in English and Filipino (both written and verbal).
