With at least 2 years in customer support or sales experience
Experience working in a technical or industrial organization, providing customer service and inside sales support is not required but highly preferred
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Willing to do field work
