Overall Purpose:
Mainly tasked to provide support to the Business Development team in ensuring the smooth operation of the department; Also acts as point of contact to subscribers for minor technical concerns.
Principal Job Responsibilities:
Conduct administrative maintenance of client database (CRM)
Prepare drafts of all reportorial requirements of the Business Development Department as directed by the Sales Manager (SM)
Provide customer service support to the Business Development team by attending to client queries and troubleshooting any minor technical concerns. Escalates urgent concerns of clients to concerned Account Executive
Monitor payment terms status and Business Development Team commissions payout
Qualifications & Experience:
With Bachelor's degree in any course
Candidate must be willing to report onsite in Makati City
Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written form)
Highly proficient in the use of various electronic devices
Proficient in the use of different MS office applications (Word, Excel, Power-point, etc.)
Willing to work onsite in Makati City
