Description
Responsibilities
• Serve as customer liaison on service and maintenance renewal issues
• Coordinate with the appropriate internal support organization to ensure timely customer update, response,
and resolution
• Conduct regular calls with selected customers to review outstanding issues, occasional after-office hour calls may be required
• Ensure customers' expectations are met by internal support organization
• Suggest proactive measures for enhancing service delivery
• Collaborate with product, and operations teams and customers to effectively implement enhancements
• Assist the implementation team with issues that may need to be escalated within the customers' organization to ensure successful and timely deployment of new service
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree holder, desirably in Business Management / Computer Science or related discipline, with 3+ years of account management experience
• Strong technical and operational background with software company is a plus
• Tactful customer communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide timely communications to customers
• Excellent communication in English
