Prepares the purchase order, sales order and delivery receipt for client orders.
Processes request of sales agents for sample items and its return.
Prepares price quotation for client orders' inquiries.
Prepare and processes the documents needed for client orders/ inquiries.
Quotation of items as per request.
Client request (purchase order, sales order and delivery receipt.

Return slip
Communicating with sales agents and clients' inquiries for coordination of information and/or follow up.
Reviewing of sales agent's itinerary and requirements.
Monitoring of monthly sales report/s.
Updating of client information in the client with the use of appropriate forms.
Assists clients who come on site for inquiries and/or purchases.
Conduct product presentation and/or do official visits to clients
Other Duties:
Requests supplies or materials necessary for the department's operations.
Perform other related duties that may be assigned form time to time.
Job Qualifications
Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in any field
Preferably has 1-2 years work experience in related field as Sales Assistant or Secretary
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
Trustworthy, detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision
Must be an excellent communication skills
Must be comfortable presenting products or services.
