KONE Philippines is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and this represents an opportunity to join our Delivery Operations team as Sales & Operations Planning Manager. You will be handling and managing the day-to-day Sales and Operations planning activities of our New Equipment business unit.
Your key focus is to strategically manage a team and drive aligned sales plan, installation resource plan, materials plan and financial forecast.
What will you be doing?
Strategic planning and analyzing business activities within the Delivery Operations on cost, financial and forecasting
Manage and drive team members to achieve business results
Accountable for process performance of plan accuracy, cross-functional participation and proactive decision making by all stakeholders
Expert go-to person for frontline, area, global staff for all Sales and Operations Planning content, process, data and tools
Develop a good communication and collaboration with various stakeholders
Are you the one?
Bachelor's degree holder in Finance/Accountancy
Minimum 5 years of Cost Analysis experience
Proven success in handling and managing people
Strong attention in following procedures and guidelines
Ability to interact with various stakeholders
High emotional intelligence
