I. SALES ACHIEVEMENT
• Ensures concession sales target is achieved/ exceeded
• Recommends and implements plan of action to achieve sales plan with sales team
• Monitors performance and growth of concession outlets
• Prepares and monitors set annual sales plan and budget
• Ensures strong business relationship with retail partners through business review and periodic store visits
II. OPERATIONS
• Prepares and ensures effective implementation of Concession Guidelines
• Establishes operational policies and procedures for control
• Coordinates closely with Departments and provides action plan for implementation
III. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
• Leads and supervise the Concession Team, composed of Supervisor, Area Sales Coordinators and Staff
• Ensures compliance of sales team on all policies and procedures
• Coordinates closely with HR in terms of approved plantilla, recruitment, performance appraisal, counselling and status/ contract renewal of Promodisers
IV. ADMINISTRATIVE
• Ensures timely submission of all concession reports to department concerned
• Prepares monthly incentive report of Area Sales Coordinators
• Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• College graduate of Business, Engineering or relate courses
• At least five (5) years of retail operations experience from major department stores or retail companies
• With strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and willing to travel nationwide
