SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER
Responsibilities:
Create multi-level marketing and sales strategies by analyzing the market and competitive landscape from all perspective.
Clear understanding of the hotel and construction business strategies.
Set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly.
Identify new market and business opportunities to increase sales.
Represent Hotel and construction in various events and exhibits.
To promote company brand through social media.
Administer the sales and marketing budget that ensures that all personnel are kept productive motivated, and recognized.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or its equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in sales & marketing and leading a multi-level organization.
Proficient with MS Office application
