Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, increase customer acquisition, and drive revenue growth. The role will oversee marketing campaigns, brand management, digital marketing initiatives, and promotional activities across all business channels.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing initiatives based on data and results.
Brand & Communications
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
Manage social media, digital marketing, and content strategies.
Coordinate advertising, PR activities, and promotional events.
Oversee the development of marketing materials, including digital content and in-store promotions.
Sales & Business Support
Collaborate with operations and branch teams to support sales growth and customer engagement initiatives.
Identify opportunities to increase customer traffic, brand awareness, and market share.
Develop partnerships, collaborations, and promotional campaigns with external partners.
Team & Vendor Management
Supervise marketing staff and coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Monitor project timelines and ensure marketing deliverables are completed on schedule.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
At least 4-6 years of marketing experience, with 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong experience in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.
Proficiency in social media platforms, digital advertising, and marketing analytics tools.
Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in retail, service, or multi-branch businesses.
Background in brand development, customer engagement, and promotional marketing.
Experience managing marketing teams or agencies.
