· Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience within Real Estate / Property Development industry, with at least 2 years at managerial level.
· Experience in strategy development within Marketing & Sales for Properties & Real Estate Developments.
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Sales or Business Administration or similar.
· Relevant professional certification such as Registered Broker, DHSUD Certified, or Registered Appraiser.
· To oversee sales and marketing aspect of the day to day transactions, and process to ensure sales targets are met effectively in line with the marketing strategy.
· Provides brand strategy; clear positioning; established differentiation; provides brand guidelines; identifies brand attributes; ability to quantify brand awareness (Unaided/Aided) and brand attribute traction.
· Manages sales field with quality marketing resources; introducing support resources based on field insights and feedback; strategically engage the sales field to introduce innovative sales aids; define the optimum portfolio of sales collateral.
