Job Description:
Sales - maintaining sales and reaching quota for Makati office
Communicate by email prospects and to regular clients
Check Sales monitoring given by Sales Staff
Check Inventory monitoring given by Sales Staff
Demographic Report
Process Customer Orders (From Plant to Outlet)
Process customer walk in/s and customer online orders
Assist in outlet orders
Check monthly quota
Tracks all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports thoroughly for department head's review.
Monthly report organize and attend sales activities and events
Suggesting trainings and seminars needed for sales staffs and sales promodizers
Organize and analyze needed sales process
assist implementation of sales process
Propose new sales promotions and sales activities
Conduct market research
Manage internal and external marketing materials.
Shaping, creating content and implementing a comprehensive communication and social media strategy.
Monitor regular updates and content management to the website and social media sites.
Assure that the team maintains accurate and up-to-date records in the database
Monitor online and corporate sales.
Manage the preparation and organization of events and materials
Manage daily administrative tasks and manage sales and marketing department processes.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelors degree of Business related course
2-3 years experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager
5 years experience in Sales and Marketing
Good Communication Skills both written and oral (English and Tagalog)
Can work under pressure
Residency near in Makati City
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 5
Language(s): English ,Cantonese Chinese
Knowledge: Project Planning, Strategic planning, Promotion, Conflict Resolution, Social Media, Teamwork, Sales
