Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Manager directs and oversees the organization's sales and marketing policies, objectives and initiatives. Leads a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, sets short and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs and activities, assigns sales territories and building their team. He/she also recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree holder preferably in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent course
• Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant experience in similar capacity related to construction
chemicals industry such as Adhesive, Tile Grout, Skimcoat and Waterproofing and related products
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Experience managing and directing a sales team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Dedication to providing great customer service
• Ability to lead a sales team
