Successful execution of sales plans and achievement of sales goals in specified region that is in line with the Honeywell Marketing team's Brand and product Strategies.
Analyze monthly sales to ensure achievement of monthly budget targets and identify future sales opportunities in the country that the position is responsible for.
Develop country plans to achieve country targets, profitability and market share objectives. Implement and execute those plans and maintain a strong and steady rhythm for the country's sales engine.
Manage channels sales and distributor sales team for Honeywell and ensure the group is working towards congruent goals that satisfy the long-term overall objectives of Honeywell.
Manage day to day working relationships with stakeholders within Honeywell, Honeywell Distributors, and overall channel eco-system.

Ideal Profile
You have at least 5 years experience within a B2B Account Management or B2C Sales role, ideally within the Computer Hardware, Consumer Durables and Watches industry.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
