Welink MCS is hiring for a Sales and Marketing Head in behalf of a client partner in the Toll Road Operation Industry

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that further the division's agenda and drive enhanced revenue generation for the business.
•Delivers an optimized market mix and identifies the roadmap that will lead to the achievement of the division's goals as well as the overall goals of the business.
•Promote the company's existing products and services and in introducing new products and services to the market.
•Analyze budgets, prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures, and ensure that the sales team meets their targets and goals.
•Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
•Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends to draft reports.
•Implement new sales plans and advertising.
•Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, ****rmation, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
•Perform leadership and administrative functions:
• Foster company values through leading by example and with enthusiasm
• Control budget and expenses of the division
• Select and approve contractors to support division
• Oversee talent management of the division, including talent acquisition, training, performance evaluation, career-pathing and succession planning
• Guide subordinates' work performance and skill development through work orientation and appropriate learning interventions
•Stay current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration, or any related field
•Must have at least 10 years' experience in marketing and sales; 5 years of which is in a managerial position
•Must have strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
•Excellent in communication, presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
•Must know data analysis and report writing.
•Have an ability to work under pressure.
