Job Description/ Scope of Responsibilities:
1. Train and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute sales strategies.
2. Oversee marketing campaigns.
   - Launching of new projects
   - Regular openhouse
3. Handle staff and other administrative matters.
4. Handle transactions with relevant government offices.
5. Manage agents and brokers and keep them up to date with deadlines. 
6. Manage social media campaigns and website.
7. Foster a harmonious working environment with staff and superiors. 
 
Job Description:
1. Must be knowledgable and experienced in the real estate field (housing projects). Must have 4+ years working experience within the industry. 
2. Results-oriented and openminded.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
4. Timely, organized and efficient.
