Responsibilities:
• Sourcing of new customers, attends to customer complaints and concerns.
• Coordinates with the Business Information and Warehouse department on customer concerns and issues.
• Responsible for customer occupancy monitoring.
• Do selling presentations and initial negotiations on rates.
Requirements:
• Candidate must have a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Sales & Marketing/ Business Development, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics or any related field.
• Past experience in a large scale Frozen Food Business/ Environment and Warehouse Operations, knowledge in Warehouse Management System use and its operating parameters is an advantage.
• Updated in Food Industry trends and current events.
• With at least 2-5 years exposure to sales and marketing activities with proven ability to achieve/ surpass performance target, preferably in cold chain logistics.
• Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written) and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications, Internet, Adobe Photoshop or any artist application development tools.
• With strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills and able to deal with people at all levels inside and outside the organization.
• Must be self-motivated, analytical and result-oriented.
• Competent in preparing business plans and feasibility studies.
• Willing to extend hours and work on field assignments.
• With Professional Philippine driver's license.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Willing to be assigned in Toril, Davao City.
