Position Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Salary: 30,000 - 50,000 PHP a month
Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor
Primary Relationships: Partner Staff
Date: January 2024
Schedule: 9:00 PM TO 6:00 AM PH Time
Responsibilities:
Contribute to strategic sales and marketing plans for Membership goals.
Ensure alignment of communications and materials with the brand guidelines.
Identify Qualified Opportunities and maintain CRM contact lists.
Keep the CRM updated and accurate, implementing automations as needed.
Create engaging content for outreach and newsletters.
Follow up on membership opportunities and respond to inquiries promptly.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for the Membership team.
Develop market-ready events in Peoplevine.
Manage partnership promotional communications.
Prepare agreements from templates.
Utilize client testimonials to boost memberships.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
Stay informed on industry trends and new marketing methods.
Contribute to the creation of marketing and promotional materials.
Review reporting tools for strategic insights.
Collaborate with the social media manager to generate leads and revenue.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in sales and marketing coordination
Proficient in CRM systems and marketing tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
