Job Description
UALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in any management courses
At least 1 year experience in managing social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Proficient in either Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom, or other editing applications
Experience in Shoppee and Lazada Sales (or willing to be trained)
Customer Service skills (non-voice)
Passion for creativity and sales
Creative; able to think outside the box and conceptualize new, fresh ways to execute visual work
Open-minded, teachable, collaborative, and takes initiative of projects and ideas
TASKS
Printing out daily sales for shipment via Shoppee and Lazada
Checking customer insights, inquiries and/or complaints via Shoppee and Lazada chatbox
Develop visually appealing, compelling, and engaging content for online platforms (IG, TikTok, and FB), including graphics, reels, and caption-writing
Planning of marketing strategies and online promotions
Stay up-to-date with market trends to ensure contents posts are relevant
Ensure consistency and and alignment in brand messaging across all online touchpoints
Employ analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, generate sales reports, and leverage obtained insights for refining strategies
Monitor discussions concerning the brand, competitors, and industry trends to recognize potential opportunities and address possible issues (social listening)
