SALES AND MARKETING ASSISTANT
 
Job Summary:
 
The Sales & Marketing Assistant will support the promotion of Hiraya Resort (Siquijor) by assisting in sales calls, online marketing, and guest relations. This role is ideal for someone with a pleasing personality, approachable demeanor, and willingness to engage with people.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in promoting the resort to travel agencies, tour operators, companies, and schools.
Join client visits, community promotions, and networking activities.
Handle walk-in inquiries and assist in converting them to bookings.
Help create social media posts, flyers, and promotional content.
Assist in responding to online inquiries (Facebook, Instagram, Email).
Collect photos/testimonials from guests for marketing use.
Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Support front office when needed.
Keep a record of inquiries, leads, and follow-ups.
Assist in preparing simple reports for management.
Qualifications:
College level or graduate of Marketing, Tourism, Business, or any related course.
Experience in sales, promotions, or customer service is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome).
Pleasing personality, confident, and good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Willing to do field work and assist in promotional activities.
