JOB DESCRIPTION
Engages in customer service by making information readily available and by answering queries.
Schedules appointments and meetings to the clients.
Prepare market analysis through evaluating new market prospects.
Prepare sales and marketing reports to include weekly management report as well as flash figures.
Prepare monthly sales activity reports.
Ensure to track and store monthly systems production reports.
Evaluate market information and prepare reports as well.
Prepare packages proposals and support information for presentations through sales and service team.
Responsible for online marketing to the different websites and social media platforms.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing, Office Administration and its equivalent.
With two (2) years solid experience as Sales and Marketing Assistant and preferably with online marketing experience.
Computer Proficient; knowledgeable in different MS Applications.
