ABOUT THE ROLE
Prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads;
Coordinating with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort;
Assisting in determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations;
Scheduling meetings and presentations with prospective clients; and
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
Requirements
At least five (5) years experience in sales and managing developers and contractors in the construction industry;
Outbound calls sales experience is an advantage;
Excellent customer service attitude;
Excellent command of English communication skills - verbal and written;
Friendly and positive manner and great at establishing rapport with customers;
Bachelors degree, preferably in engineering;
