Sales and Marketing Assistant: Mandarin/Chinese speaking

Do you have experience in Sales and Marketing? Do you speak both Mandarin and English well?
Our client is a busy health products business based in Australia. We are looking for an experienced person to help them assist with online marketing activities in both the Philippines and Taiwan. They will also help with the administration support for the business.
This is a VA role where you work from home. Anywhere in the Philippines
Australia has the same time zone as the Philippines; no working odd hours!!
Client: Health Network Marketing Business
• MUST be a Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
• Significant Social media experience
• Strong sales and telemarketing skills
• Excellent customer service skills, time management and attention to detail
• Excellent English skills (both spoken and written)
Key duties & requirements
• Telemarketing and online sales experience
• Experience with network marketing/MLM an advantage
• Creating and sending templated email and social media communications
• Managing, booking and confirming meetings with partners.
• Strong Social media content creation and management experience: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
• Diary management, workflow management and follow ups
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Graphic design skills (advantageous)
• Able to work independently, think on their feet and to a deadline; without the need for constant supervision; at the same time able to take direction, constructive criticism and learn from it.
• Generalist office and administrative skills; so can assist with managing emails, online inquiries and general data entry/administrative functions.
Knowledge/Skills/attributes
• Ability to work autonomously and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible, adaptable, and diligent with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Able to work independently, think on their feet and to a deadline; without the need for constant supervision; at the same time able to take direction, constructive criticism and learn from it
• Technologically savvy and about to learn quickly
• Strong computer skills, Office 365,
• Attention to detail, time management and multi-tasking
• Reliable, attention to details and self-motivated. A bright and enthusiastic attitude to life, great problem solving skills and hunger to grow and develop within the business.
• A strong work ethic where they can step up to the line when the business is busy or new challenges arise; also be able to be flexible in an environment where change is
