This is a full-time, permanent position.
Who you will work with
You will join a diverse team in our office in Cebu City, with a range of experts from accountants, digital marketers, project administrators, researchers and software developers. In this role you will work directly with our client, an Australian based Hotel Performance Consultants who assist accommodation businesses offering short-term accommodation in Australia. You are to identify and implement potential solutions that create dramatic transformations to their marketing platforms to grow their occupancy, revenue and profit. Together, you will help the client build, scale and accelerate the growth of their business.
What you will do
Enter, validate and clean data to make sure information is accurate in the database;
Manage and optimise the Online Travel Agent (OTA) extranet such as Booking.com, Expedia, AirBnB;
Manage and optimise the Directory listing in platforms such Google My Business, ATDW, TripAdvisor;
Perform gap analysis, review and identify issues with online presence such as visibility, pricing, user experience following a checklist provided;
Compile reports using tools and templates provided using MS Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
Manage photo library, taking master file of imagery and resizing, saving and uploading to different platforms;
Manage and optimise the Property Management System (PMS) and Booking engine (BE);
Set-up, amend and replicate room type and rate plan on multiple channels using channel managers and extranets;
Update company website, Facebook and LinkedIn including posting blog, articles and updates; and
Create digital assets using Canva or Adobe.

Requirements
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Marketing or similar;
3+ years of work experience in sales and marketing, ideally with hotel sales experience;
Experience with SalesForce, ActiveCampaign is preferred but not essential;
Advanced skill in MS Office specifically Excel - export, import, running macros, validation;
High attention to detail and have structured approach in completing tasks at hand;
Creative mindset with the ability to breakdown and solve problems;
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and work with people at all levels in the organisation;
Comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations; and
Ability to communicate effectively, in English, both verbally and in writing.
