Roles and Responsibilities
The role of the Sales and Customer Service Coordinator is to become the LeadGen Machine for this team. Our company has a list of 4500 Real Estate Directors and the Sales and Customer Service Coordinator is required to get in touch with them and build a strong relationship with them to convert them into sales over time.
The role of the Sales and Customer Service Coordinator is to go through the Australian list and start with the New Zealand list once contact with the prior list has been completed.
The Sales and Customer Service Coordinator must complete outbound sales call and lead generation tasks, respond to incoming calls, and nurture prospective clients until they are ready to buy our services.
Required Experience
- Experience in chat support
A Successful Candidate must have
- Exceptional English communication skills both written and spoken
- Strong but friendly personality
- High D / I personality
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to adapt to emerging technology and online tools
- Computer literacy
- Motivation and driven by goal
