Description
The position is in charge of both product application and sales for the company's Surgical Endoscopy system and accessories. The position is responsible for preparing and building the franchise of the Company in the MIS segment through effective dealer management, customer engagement, and execution of marketing strategies with the end of achieving given sales budget. He/She will help the Company build good name for Company Surgical Endoscopy by gaining trust and confidence from new customers through its professional services. The position reports to the Deputy Division Manager Endoscopy and collaborates with the technical service engineer.
The position is expected to develop the hospital maps; create demand and find requirements of customers and end-users, and propose best fit system and configuration. He/She must be able to make customers gain understanding about Company's MIS products and FFPH value offering during calls and product demos. Create and keep good rapport with the various stakeholders in the entire selling process, including building good relations with Surgery and Laparoscopy societies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Science or related course.
At least 3- 5 years of successful sales experience in a Surgical Device company or similar, preferably Surgical Endoscopy or minimally invasive surgery.
Excellent Knowledge of the Surgery Market and Surgery KOLs and stakeholders Sales Presentation and application skills
Understanding of products and buying process in medical systems
Current knowledge of the Surgical Endoscopy business preferred
