This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities🏠 Real Estate Support
Enter and update New Listings property details into Box + Dice.
Record Property Sales Details, including settlement dates, sale prices, buyer/vendor details, and agent notes into Box + Dice.
Provide administrative backup for Market Appraisals.
Provide administrative backup for Vendor Advertising Schedules.
💰 Accounts Payable (MYOB)
Perform accurate data entry of supplier invoices into MYOB.
Reconcile the American Express Credit Cards.
📊 Database & Admin Tasks
Perform regular CRM and database cleanup.
Support other administrative duties as required by the team.
