SALES ANALYTICS SPECIALIST
 
Principal Functions and Responsibilities
 
Responsible for the report generation and data analyses for the Sales Department Data Reports and analyses include and are not limited to:
Scorecards/sales metric monitoring and reporting
Sales performance (Revenue) reporting on various levels (brands/teams/individuals)
Sales trending/forecasting
Generation and tracking of historical and real-time sales data
Key performance indicator reporting
Dialer/call activity reporting
These reports and data analyses are maintained and provided on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
Maintain a close and healthy working relationship with various stakeholders to gather relevant information necessary for reporting better; as well as to best service the requirements of the client.
Check and balance figures and formulas in analyses and reports generated to ensure that accurate data is given to the client
Ensure that timeliness and relevance of data/report is always carried out.
Review and analyze reports and documents to ensure completeness.
Enhance and optimize existing data generation methodologies and reporting processes to bring about further efficiencies.
Coordinate with the rest of the Sales Analytics Team to uphold alignment of processes.
