About the Sales Analytics Head Role:
The Sales Analytics Head will define overall strategy for the Analytics and Data Management team and guide the development of milestones and KPIs in line with business requirements and company/functional vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversees design and leads team in building, developing and maintaining data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that enable the shark force to make sound business decisions
Looks for new opportunities in capitalising data-driven approaches to generate business insights and proactively address unanswered business issues
Ensures accuracy of data and deliverable of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes
To succeed in this Sales Analytics Head role, you must have experience in Sales Analytics and a strong commercial exposure within FMCG.
Key Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of Data Management and experience in Analytics/Reporting
Background in market research and project management
Strong commercial exposure (ideally, a combination of Field Sales, Category Development, Key Accounts Management)
Experience in people management (both direct and indirect)
The organisation is open to seeing profiles outside FMCG. Data Management and Sales Analytics professionals coming from the Telco and other industries are welcome.
