Job Description :
Do you like preparing and analyzing sales forecasts Do you have the passion in creating sound reports and presentations including analyses of variances versus budget forecasts If yes, this Sales Analytics and Demand Manager could be an exciting opportunity to explore.
As the Sales Analytics and Demand Manager , you will be supporting the business in periodic sales revenue target setting and forecasting, and may conduct research to estimate market demand. You will also collaborate with sales and finance to develop, create and maintain reporting requirements and ensure that the revenue recognition and forecasting systems provide accurate and timely data.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
• Support the Commercial Trade Channel team with sales analytics (e.g. creation of forecasting tools, account inventory management and others)
• Provide key channel and trade performance summary to commercial team (e.g. in and to market sales, off-take, geographical analysis, brand performance)
• Lead the different core commercial cycle activities
• Be a key contributor to demand forecast meeting - consolidate input from sales and marketing team on actual consumption and forecast both short to medium term
• Sales forecast for both near to medium term and align the same with the business leaders

Must have a bachelor degree in any business management courses
Has at least 5 years experience in Supply and Demand Planning, preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG industries
Has cross functional collaboration with sales, marketing and supply chain
Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
