The Role
As Sales Analytics and Admin Manager, you will be responsible for the preparation of pricing, scorecards / reports, dealer contracts and incentives. Sales Analytics Manager is in-charge of the over-all monitoring of the dealer submission of the OR's/CR's and other documentary deficiencies.
.How you'll contribute
Prepares and cascades the 2-Wheel pricing whenever there are changes in the Suggested Retail Prices or with additional models as initiated by the manufacturers or any change/s in the rates as initiated by SBF Management and coordinates with dealers or manufacturers regarding updated Suggested Retail Prices
Conducts competitors' check on pricing and prepares analysis reports for SBF management use.
Prepares monthly sales scorecards, standard dealer business review decks monthly to be used in the dealer meetings and other reports that maybe required from time to time.
Takes charge in the processing of dealer tie-up application and accreditation and prepares the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) of the partner dealers and makes sure that these documents are properly signed by authorized signatories before the actual operation with the dealers.
Formulates and implements effective monitoring system of OR's/CR's collection from the dealers and collection of documentary deficiencies.
Prepares Sales Kit for 2-Wheels to be used by the Dealer Coordinators and reviews and updates the Product Manual from time to time.
What we're looking for
At least 5 years of sales experience in banking, FI, or insurance, etc., or at least 4 years of sales experience in the motorcycle industry
A graduate of Marketing, Business or any relevant course
Must be strategic, analytical with strong leadership and project management skills
Has good verbal and written communication skills in English
Has solid experience in the motorcycle industry
Has experience on direct selling and remarketing
Knowledgeable in Powerpoint, Excel and Word
Has good negotiation skills
Has good presentation skills
Excellent teamwork skills
