Job Description
LOCATION: ORTIGAS, PASIG CITY
Job Summary:
Acts as a database manager for the Customer Relationship Management tool
Manages and coordinates official switching lineup critical to the switching of newly acquired customers from the captive market
Supports overall sales and lead generation efforts
Acts as official budgeter for the Retail Sales team
Monitors team-level performance
Rationalizes accounts assignment per team and manages customer database
Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by conducting market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data
Assists in sales strategy development by studying economic indicators identifying customer and their current and future needs and monitoring the competition
Analyzes market situation and produces reports supporting to operations
Identifies opportunities for value-added services and promotions to customers analyzing statistics regarding market development acquiring and analyzing data and consulting with internal and external sources
Implements contracted value-added services with constant coordination with involved stakeholders
Designs, implements, and analyzes Customer Experience Index
Manages conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales
Develops, updates, and maintains a strong and consistent brand architecture aligned with One Meralco
Initiates, evaluates, and implements proposals for partnerships with external entities
Qualifications:
Graduate of Marketing, Business, Communications, Management, or other related courses
Preferably has a background in sales and marketing, copywriting, advertising and/or public relations
Preferably can drive four-wheel vehicle (manual)
Has an eye for design, and proficient in Adobe Photoshop/ Graphic Design and Photography
Excellent business communication and analytical skills
Proficient in MS office applications
Willing to work onsite (Pasig City)
