Nexford University (NXU) is looking for a Sales Analyst Executive who will help us increase the effectiveness of our sales operations. In this role, you would be responsible for collecting and managing data, creating and publishing daily, weekly, and monthly sales-related reports from across various sales tools and platforms thereby working towards identifying business trends and helping determine improvements and optimization in our sales operations.
The Sales Analyst Executive will work with our Sales Operations and Analysis team (reporting to the Sales Operations Analyst), and cross-functionally with the Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to work towards improving productivity and increasing sales of the team.
The candidate must be detail-oriented, data-driven, and have excellent logical and analytical skills.
Key responsibilities:
To be responsible for creating, maintaining and publishing daily, weekly, monthly sales reports and maintaining sales dashboards across different sales tools
Build and manage calling lists on CRM and calling software
Daily, weekly, monthly updates to CRM related reports, properties, lists, automations
Work towards analyzing KPIs, metrics and historical data to identify trends and data-driven insights, including but not limited to sales performance, conversions and productivity
Present actionable information and insights and provide suggestions/recommendations on an ongoing basis with the objective of increasing sales by increasing productivity of the sales team - either through manual or automated means
The ideal candidate
1-2 years' experience in analysis and reporting (Sales or business operations expertise would be a plus)
Experience with using and reporting on CRMs
Proficient in Excel and Reporting Tools
Problem-solving and analysis skills
Superior oral and written communication skills
High level of organization and detail-orientation
Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent time management
A passion for all things operations and an eagerness to learn about new ideas.
