Job Description
This is a commission-based opportunity.
Mechanics
Refer a lab by asking the lab to accomplish the Laboratory Sign Up Form and be entitled to receive ₱5,000 upon their referred Laboratory's signing with Dashlabs.ai * Only one (1) Referrer (as indicated in the Affiliate Referral Form) will be credited the Reward per Laboratory.
The referral program only applies to laboratories that have not previously entered a commercial contract with Dashlabs.ai.
Receive an additional ₱10,000, if the referred laboratory stays signed with Dashlabs.ai after three (3) months.
Refer as many labs as you can to keep earning.
Terms and Conditions
Dashlabs.ai may prohibit anyone from participating in the Program or receiving a reward should Dashlabs.ai determine, in its sole discretion, that the Referrer has: * been deemed ineligible to participate in the program; and/or;
considered, in its reasonable opinion, that the Referrer is acting contrary to the Terms, spirit of the Terms and/or unfairly taking advantage or abusing the Terms of the Program in any way.
Dashlabs.ai reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer and/or cancel any Reward/s should Dashlabs.ai determine, in its sole discretion, that the fairness, legitimacy and/or integrity of the Program has been compromised in any way. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Dashlabs.ai.
Qualifications
Any legal person may register to be an affiliate Referrer of the Dashlabs.ai Refer a co-Lab Program. * The Referrer need not be an employee of the lab they intend to refer.
The Referrer need not be a Medical Technician nor work in the field of Healthcare to be eligible.
Those who have accomplished the Affiliate Referral Form and submitted a signed copy of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).
