Job Description
The Role
As a young company looking to expand quickly, this is a great opportunity for someone to join us and
grow together with the business. The role offers long term career progression opportunities and
uncapped bonus-based earnings.
B2B telesales is the core element of the role, the agent will be making around 250 outbound calls a
day, gathering key information, and creating opportunities for our experienced Advisors to convert
into clients. The agent will receive a commission from every opportunity that is transferred and a
further commission for every opportunity converted, with no limit on commission earned.
Responsibilities
Build rapport with clients.
Gather supply information on the client's business energy renewal.
Transfer leads (via email or live transfer) to UK based experts.
Liaise with the UK based manager to transfer client information and report on KPI's.
The Ideal Candidate
Some exposure to Telephone Sales and Cold Calling - Telesales can be challenging, but it can
also be very rewarding, so we are looking for a resilient, tenacious, and energetic candidate. • Confident in calling senior level decision makers. • Have a passion for sales and exceeding targets.

Working hours
UK Business Hours (9am - 6pm)
Manila Time Hours (4pm-1am) Mondays to Fridays
