Role:
This person will play an important role in the growth of the sales team of Future Fresh and be a key support to the sales team. Their duties will include customer management to receive and process sale orders online through phone, email, order system and Shopify. Responsibilities will include excellent communication with customers, a quick to respond mentality and a desire to increase sales and drive key relationships to increase order value and place repeat orders.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle customer requests from partner sellers, F&B, offtakers, B2B customers in a timely manner
Communicate with customers to advise on product information, such as price lists, stock availability deliveries, provide quotations and more
Process and send invoices, ensuring that orders have been paid, accounted for
Learn from communications and processing orders to recommend new or to update products
Keep track of sales and customer information and provide target updates to sales representatives
Ability to identify opportunities to upsell to customers
Assist with updating customer databases and records
Their duties include checking the accuracy of orders and issuing invoices, maintaining sales records, and compiling monthly sales reports. They may also be required to liaise with other departments, and research new product lines.

1-3 years experience with sales, administration or admin roles
