We are looking for a motivated and reliable Sales Administrator.

Responsibilities
· Process and enter orders in the company database for different clients
· Follow order entry instructions via e-mail or phone conversation
· Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
· Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
· Maintain and update customer records
· Prepare monthly and weekly reports on orders
· Communicate important feedback from customers internally
· Ensure order entry targets are met and report any deviations
· Stay up-to-date with product details (item code and pricing)
· Perform ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications
· College Level/Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
· With 1-2 years' experience in Data Entry
· With basic Microsoft Excel skills
· With experience in handling ERP Systems/Inventory Software
· Fast Typing Speed
· Good English Communication Skills
· Customer-service oriented
· With Basic Accounting/Finance background is an advantage
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
· A team player with high level of dedication
· Ability to work under strict deadlines
· Accuracy and attention to details
· With strong analytical skills
