1. Assist Sales and Operations Officer in administrative duties in terms of sales coordination, gathering of info/data and day-to-day operations.
2. Assist by professionally directing the flow of information and traffic in the office including emails, calls, appointments and coordination with internal and external customers. Ensuring also that business documents and transactions are properly created and documented
3. Assist the management in developing / maintaining good and strong business relationship wiith clients, project managers and industry partners and suppliers.
4. Assist in the creation and submission of mock-ups / sample design in compliance to customer's specific requirements.
5. Assist in dispatch of project inventory and supplies. Coordination with ground personnel and Project leads.
6. Assist in following through Customer Billing status / Supplier Deliveries
7. Provide Daily Status of work to immediate superior regularly
1. Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
2. Good written and spoken communication Skills especially responding to emails or creating an email
3. Mathematical Skills for Simple Calculations
4. Must be able to work additional hours if requested/needed outside of the traditional work schedule
5. Good Computer Skills especially using Microsoft Office
6. Able to perform several varying tasks simultaneously
7. Must have good attendance and punctuality
