Qualification:
Preferably with relevant admin experience
Has the ability to handle emails well
Strong communication skills both oral and written
Proficient in MS Office/ Google Workspace for reports preparation and others
Able to deliver assigned tasks with minimum supervision.
Knowledgeable in processing documents and paper works
Exposure in accounting and admin functions is an advantage
Acts quickly, sense of urgency, and initiative
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Honest and polite in handling customers, co-workers and superior
Possess strong personality and can work independently
Can effectively communicate with people at different levels in the organization.
