Must be a graduate of any 4 year course
Knowledgeable in Clerical and Administrative Works
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Must have general mathematical skills
Must have good written and verbal communication skills
Has strong Customer Service Skills
Must be flexible, highly organized, energetic and dependable
Job Description:
Assist Sales Agent for prospects and leads
Coordinate and Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting
Prepare project ticket for Implementation team assessment and Inspection
Consult with sales and marketing team to ensure the efficiency
Consult and coordinate to Implementation & Project team to ensure commitment and time line
Identify most important sales KPIs
Track and monitor Materials Adjustment
Learn details about our products and services
Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants
Explain how our solutions align with their pin points
Identify client persona profiles
Prepare and present quotations of projects for Leads and prospects
Attend sales educational events, seminars and trainings
Stay up to date with company's products and services
Report to the management team
Maintaining a polite and professional attitude to uphold the company's image
