Responsibilities:
Workflow
Make proactive outbound calls to sellers, BDMs, land agents, developers, or clients.
Daily review and action on emails related to the stocklist and packages.
Provide daily updates on the stocklist to the Sales Operations BDM.
Liaise with land agents or developers to gather relevant information for packaging.
Report builds contracts at each stage of the sales process to the Sales Operations BDM.
Enter forecasted dates and completion dates into the system for key milestone tasks.
HubSpot management including outbound sales calls.
Sales Support Administration
Complete tasks and maintain job notes to ensure efficient contract issuance.
Respond to queries from sales BDMs and managers in a timely manner.
Maintain and update sales and marketing agreements as needed.
Assist in resolving missing paperwork or incorrect documentation issues.
Support sales BDMs and agents in mobilizing deals.
Assist with documentation requirements for EOI and contract issuance.
Ensure correct workflow and approval process is followed.
Maintain various sales documentation as required.
File Management:
Enter data into the system for contract issuance.
Maintain customer details, project details, and pricing details.
Enter correspondence and notes into the system.
Ensure accurate documents are maintained and filed digitally.
Organize and maintain files and folder structure within the system.
File documents received from land sellers and developers.
Requirements:
Proven customer service and Sales Support experience for at least 2 years
Familiarity with Onsite Companion Software (preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email, Word, and Excel.
Experience or familiarity with the sales, property, or building industry (preferred).
General understanding of the sales process, workflow process, and customer service.
Strong administration skills.
Organized and able to prioritize to meet deadlines.
Proactive problem-solving approach.
Innovative and contributes to process and service improvement.
Can work office based.
