Responsibilities:
• Makes Sales Quotation documents for the Sales Representatives
• Entertain sales that belong to other Sales Representatives who are not present in the office.
• Monitors the Official Business Trips of Sales Representatives
• Responsible for monitoring daily itinerary reports of Sales Representatives
• Preparing the monthly sales report of clients for Sales Head.
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any business course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills (both in Verbal and Written)
• A good team player and approachable.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
• Willing to be assigned in Manresa, Quezon City and amenable to do field works if needed.
